Operating
Principle:
Along with the rising of the pressure,
the plastic not only is heated by outside, but also it itself
produce a large amount of heat due to the friction in the
process of plastic condensation, cutting and mixing. Under
the co-function of outside force and internal force, the plastic
temperature gradually increased and its physical status also
go through glassy state, high-flexible state to viscous state.
In general, it is mainly glassy state in the phase of feeding
material, high-flexible state in the phase of condensation
that is in the middle of the part that the thread depth decreased
and the viscous state in the phase of plastic curing or the
rear end of the material condensation. At this moment we can
say the plastic had already been completely plasified. Then
we can use the screw’s thrust force to squeeze the plasified
plastic out of the gear end on the certain pressure and quantity.
The plastic go down the hopper smoothly
and is gripped by the thread of the screw. It is forced to
go toward the direction of the gear end along with the rotation
of the screw. A mechanical transferring process is formed.
During the running of the plastic from the feed port to gear
end, a high pressure is formed in the process of plastic curing
due to the gradual decreasing of the thread depth and the
resistance of filter gauze, splitter plate and gear end. The
high pressure helps to press the raw material and improve
its heat conductivity performance and the quick melting of
the plastic, at the same time, the gradual increasing pressure
can help the gas which is among material particles exhausted
from the air holes.
Machine drive principle:
No matter it is mono-block type or detached type, we take
electromotor as original motor to convey the power to retarder
input shaft (high-speed rotation axle) through direct connection
or triangular belt and retarder output shaft (low-speed
rotation shaft) connects directly with the joint screw or
low-speed rotation shaft connects with the main shaft joint
screw through coupling thrust bearing socket. We make the
screw rotate regularly according to the designing requirements
and the torque and rotation as the process required to reach
the target that the plasified plastic can be squeezed out
equably at certain pressure and quantity.
